SCHOLARSHIP GUIDELINES
- The scholarship shall be called "The Warrington Rotary Club Community Scholarship.”
- Since the Warrington Rotary Club is a SERVICE ORGANIZATION, it is seeking applicants who are active in community service. Therefore, the applications will be reviewed with special emphasis, and consideration will be given to applicants with an explicit written history of community service.
- The Warrington Rotary Club Foundation Committee shall review applications, and their majority vote shall determine the recipient and amount of the scholarship to be awarded.
- The review of the Scholarships shall consist of the following factors:
a) A completed application – paper, electronic PDF, or online application.
b) An explicit written history of the applicant's active involvement in, and time commitment to, community service separated by high school year, Grades 9 through 12.
c) A recommendation from the High School’s Guidance Department.
d) A determination of "need" or "non-need".
e) A fully completed application signed by the applicant.
f) A personal interview may be required.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Scholarships, if awarded, shall be given first to any high school senior:
- Living/residing in one of the following eight municipalities: Warrington Township, New Britain Township, Doylestown Township, Warwick Township, Chalfont Boro, New Britain Boro, Doylestown Boro, Ivyland Boro.
- In good academic standing.
- Enrolling in a two or four-year college or university program; or a post-secondary technical or trade school as a full-time student.
- Having an explicit documentable history of community service.
SCHOLARSHIP AMOUNT
Five hundred to one thousand ($500-$1000) made payable to the college or university in which you will be enrolled.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
- This application MUST BE fully completed and submitted to your school Guidance Department by April 30, 2025.
- The school Guidance Department will screen applications and verify the information provided within.
- The Warrington Rotary Club Foundation Scholarship Committee will review the applications submitted by the Guidance Departments.
- The Warrington Rotary Club Scholarship Committee may request interviews with the applicants.
- Selected applicants will be notified of the award by a member of the Warrington Rotary Foundation Scholarship Committee.
- Awarded applicants will be expected to attend the Warrington Rotary Awards dinner, along with family members, at a date to be determined in the future.
